About Me

I’m Sarah Roberts, DNP, MSN, MBA, RN, NE-BC, an operations-focused healthcare executive with over 15 years of leadership experience in post-acute and ambulatory care. My background combines advanced clinical training with business acumen, giving me a 360-degree view of what drives results in complex healthcare environments.

I’ve led multidisciplinary teams through challenging transformations, optimized nursing and clinic operations across diverse settings, and built strategic partnerships that improved quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction. My work has spanned large health systems, physician groups, home health agencies, and post-acute care organizations, allowing me to understand the operational pain points and opportunities unique to each.

I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). I’m also board-certified as a Nurse Executive (NE-BC). My leadership style is pragmatic, collaborative, and data-driven, focused on implementing solutions that stick and delivering results that matter.
